Accessibility statement

Barazza srl is committed to making its website accessible to as many people as possible, in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA and with the applicable Italian accessibility legislation (Law no. 4/2004 "Stanca Law" and Legislative Decree 82/2022, transposing EU Directive 2019/882 - the European Accessibility Act).

This statement applies to the website available at www.jollynox.it and is organised into the following sections:

1. Conformance status

This website is partially conformant with the requirements of the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines, due to the cases of non-conformance listed in section 2. "Partially conformant" means that most of the content meets the accessibility requirements, but some parts are not yet fully conformant.

Barazza srl is committed to progressively resolving the issues identified in order to achieve full conformance.

2. Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not fully accessible.

2.1 Technical issues being resolved

  • The cookie management banner contains accordion elements and selection checkboxes that are not fully operable via keyboard and lack explicit labels for assistive technologies.
  • Some appearance and scrolling animations do not always respect the reduced-motion preference set at operating-system level (prefers-reduced-motion).
  • Some product images and PDF documents (data sheets, catalogues) published previously may lack alternative text or a fully accessible structure.
  • Some secondary graphic elements may still present colour contrast ratios below the recommended minimum values.

2.2 Content outside the scope

  • The interactive map (Google Maps) on the contact page, as it is content provided by a third party.
  • Widgets, plugins and content embedded from third-party providers (social networks and any external e-commerce services), which are not under the direct control of Barazza srl.
  • Documents published before the date of this statement that are no longer updated.

3. Alternatives and contact information

If you experience difficulties accessing any content on the website, or you need to receive it in an accessible alternative format, you can send a report to the following contacts:

We undertake to respond to reports within 5 working days, providing the requested content in an accessible form or a suitable alternative solution.

4. Enforcement procedure

If you receive an unsatisfactory response, or no response within the indicated time, you may submit a notification to the Agency for Digital Italy (AgID), which is responsible for supervising accessibility, through the channels indicated on its official website www.agid.gov.it.

5. Evaluation method

The conformance of this website was assessed by means of a self-assessment, carried out by Barazza srl with the support of the supplier that developed the website. The assessment included, among other things:

  • manual review of the code and of the semantic structure of the pages;
  • navigation and operation tests using the keyboard;
  • checking of colour contrast ratios;
  • verification of the correct use of ARIA attributes and of image alternative texts.

This statement was prepared on 5 June 2026. The next review is scheduled, in the event of significant changes to the website.
