Accessibility statement

Barazza S.r.l. is committed to making its website jollynox.it accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 82 of 27 May 2022, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) into Italian law, and with the relevant technical guidelines.

This accessibility statement applies to the website https://www.jollynox.it/ in both its Italian and English versions.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA and with the European standard EN 301 549, due to the cases of non-compliance listed below.

«Partially compliant» means that the website meets most of the accessibility requirements, but not yet all of them: some barriers are present, which we are working to remove.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the reasons indicated.

a) Technical issues being resolved

  • Cookie management banner — the accordion elements and selection checkboxes are not fully operable via keyboard and lack explicit labels for assistive technologies.
  • Animations and motion — some appearance and scrolling animations do not always respect the reduced-motion preference set at operating-system level (prefers-reduced-motion).
  • Previously published images and documents — some product images and PDF documents (data sheets, catalogues) may lack alternative text or a fully accessible structure.
  • Colour contrast — some secondary graphic elements may still present contrast ratios below the recommended minimum values.

b) Content outside the scope

  • Interactive map (Google Maps) — on the contact page, as it is content provided by a third party.
  • Third-party widgets and content — plugins and content embedded from third-party providers (social networks and any external e-commerce services), not under the direct control of Barazza S.r.l.
  • Older documents — documents published before the date of this statement that are no longer updated.

  • manual review of the code and of the semantic structure of the pages;
  • navigation and operation tests using the keyboard;
  • checking of colour contrast ratios;
  • verification of the correct use of ARIA attributes and of image alternative texts.
