The hobs on Jollynox cookers are made with deep drawing that allows the containment of any overflowed liquids: this avoids the risk of infiltration.
The hobs of Jollynox cookers are equipped with easily extractable one-piece burners which can therefore easily undergo regular cleaning operations.
Burners with steady flames which provide high heat yields, accompany Jollynox hobs, enhancing the performance levels; they optimise energy consumption and reduce toxic substance emissions by more than 50% when compared to the details established by the Norms.
It allows for the activation of the main switch using the knob; with just one action, you are able to carry out activation and regulation procedures. With all hobs, the spark plus is placed inside the burner, under the cap, away from liquids which may drip from cooking instruments and from any damage which may be caused during cleaning operations. The rapid safety valve blocks the gas flow, even with the tap open, in case the flame accidentally goes out. It is activated when the burner is alighted and thanks to the rapid thermocouple, it takes just seconds to function.
The front control panel on Jollynox cookers contains all the tools required to run and programme the cooking cycle easily and safely: the functions selector, the thermostat, the cooking programmer and the indicator light which indicates the electrical operation of the oven. Another indicator light also shows when the temperature set has been reached in all electrical ovens.
The door on Jollynox cookers features double-heat reflecting internal glass to contain the heat inside the oven, limit heat dispersion and maximise the heat produced by the oven for cooking, thus reducing energy consumption levels and maintaining the external temperature of the oven door low. Vicky cookers are equipped with a third glass that creates a genuine barrier against heat. It affords extra safety, especially for children who will thus avoid burning their fingers if they touch the oven door.
The internal shelves of Jollynox ovens are especially stable because they run along a double rail along the oven interior sides.
Jollynox ovens are equipped with a natural convection overheating protection to control the external temperatures and keep them within the limits set out in the applicable safety standards. In addition, a tangential cooling fan is activated when the oven is ignited and produces a flow of cold air which, as it exits from the slits in the control panel, creates a barrier against the heat originating from the oven, further containing the temperature of the front panel.
The special balanced double-jointed hinges not only make it easier to open the door and clean it, but they also allow rapid and easy extraction of the door itself, without the need for any tools. Once the door is extracted, it can be disassembled, cleaned and then easily reassembled onto the oven in a few simple and rapid steps.
The oven interior is made without any sharp edges or any welding points. In addition, owing to the vitreous structure of the easy clean enamel, the whole interior of the oven is even smoother: any cooking grease slides off for easy cleaning.
All the Jollynox overbench and combi cookers can be fitted with a black tempered glass cover.
This is a multi-function electric oven with six different cooking functions and rapid defrost: static oven, warming oven, browning oven, grill, fan assisted oven, fanned grill. The presence of a fan that circulates the air heated by the heating elements guarantees uniform heat distribution and affords the possibility of cooking several dishes concurrently, at the same temperature and with the same cooking time, without the flavours and odours mixing. The use of the fan alone also allows the rapid defrosting of food in excellent conditions.
